Reminders:  If your child is late in arriving at school, pull up to the big tree if you are going to park in front of the office.  Sometimes the ESA bus arrives a little after 8:00and is unable to pull up to the front office sidewalk.

 

                  If you are bringing a lunch for your child, please have it in the office by11:00.    Thank you.

 

Wed., Sept. 30th: Fall pictures. Wear your formal dress uniform.  Picture forms were sent home.

                            For girls: Grades pre-k through 3rd -Plaid skort or skirt with a formal dress shirt: white oxford button down shirt with the EDS embroidered crest, tucked in. OR plaid jumper with peter-pan-collared blouse (embroidered EDS on the collar is optional).

                                    Grades 4th & 5th-Plaid skort or skirt with formal dress shirt: white oxford button down shirt with the EDS embroidered crest, tucked in.

 

                      For boys: Navy pants or shorts with formal dress shirt white oxford button down shirt with the EDS embroidered crest, tucked in.

 

***Note: Formal dress shirts bearing the previous embroidered emblem are still permitted for as long as the items are in good condition.

 

Friday, Oct.   2nd: 10:00-11:30 - 1st graders to visit Azalea Estates.  Wear your field trip t shirt.

 

                              "Fun Friday" and "Spirit Dress Day":  Wear your spirit shirt with jeans/shorts.  Remember at the 2:00 recess; popcorn (.50) and pickles (.75).

     

 

Our Cub Scout Pack will begin selling popcorn this week!  Our cubs are able to dress in their cub scout uniform on Thursday for the kick off.  The sale endsOct. 15th.  Make checks payable to EDS.  The cub pack wants to build a "tree house" on the playground with the monies they raise.  see attached form.  For more information about the cub pack or the popcorn, contact William Kyle at mci@marineconsultinginc.com or 519-6992.
