Epiphany Day School

Epiphany Day School is a co-educational independent school founded by Episcopalians for Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. We provide a challenging academic program enhanced by arts integration and experiential learning. We value scholarship, honor, and service.

Epiphany Day School does not discriminate on the basis of physical disability, race, color, religion or ethnic origin in admissions/administrative policies and programs.

Gifts to Epiphany Day School come in many forms. Through our many parent volunteers, who give so generously of their time and energy, we enhance our students education and experiences at Epiphany. Thanks to the financial generosity and support of our families, alumni, past leadership and community-at-large, our students continue to thrive under the extraordinary leadership and expertise of our faculty and benefit from a diverse and challenging curriculum. Gifts to Epiphany Day School help our students stay connected to life within a learning community and all the richness it has in store for them.

Financial gifts from Epiphany Day School supporters provide the only non-tuition source of income for the school. As an independent school, Epiphany receives no direct financial support from federal, state, or local governments, or from the Episcopal Diocese. Tuition and fees do not cover the schools entire operating budget, thus requiring us to seek funding from other sources.

Giving to the Annual Giving Fund is one of the most valuable gifts our parents, grandparents, board members, alumni, friends, faculty and staff can give and it is tax deductible! The Annual Giving Fund provides unrestricted current operating support for the schools budget, making up the shortfall between tuition and the operating budget.  A strong annual giving campaign helps keep tuition increases to a minimum and provides evidence of community support for grant applications.  Giving is easy, you can send a check or just click the  Annual Giving tab to donate online.

In the spring of 2009 the Epiphany Day School Board of Trustees established an Endowment Fund.  This fund was established to provide for the long term financial health of the school.  Endowment funds are long term investments.  As the funds grow, independent schools use a percentage of the interest to support designated items in the annual budget.  Your donation to Epiphany Day Schools Endowment Fund will help ensure the continuation of Episcopal education for the children of New Iberia and is an investment in Epiphany Day School's future. To donate to the Endowment Fund, click the Endowment Fund tab.
